The staff from the reception team to the nurses are so friendly and welcoming and constantly kept me up to date. Even the cleaner smiled and said hello.
The consultant came to explain the delay and was very apologetic. The anaesthetic team was extremely professional and friendly and put me at ease.
An excellent department!

Very well looked after although the nurses could have done with extra help as they are very busy trying to do paperwork as well as looking after the patients - reading them, observations etc.

A soon as we arrived at the fusion suite we were taken care of. The nurses were extremely kind.
